    They are called video slideshows and are used to inform or entertain. It is often not practical to record a whole hiking trip on video. Mose people take photographs and some like to link them into a slideshow. You can also insert short video clips in the slideshow for extra interest. When combined with music they are an good form of entertainment.

    I didn't realise there were video clips further on into the video I assumed they were all still photographs!
