Good review. Never heard of that company but im going to look into it. I like the under quilt.

OK, you've convinced me. I had never heard of this company before, but I like what I'm seeing. I think I'm going to go for the "Prospect" synthetic underquilt. The price is right and compared to other cottage vendors I think it has the best bang for the buck. If I like it, I'll upgrade to the Revolt later. Right now, I just don't want to drop more than $200 on a quilt. Plus, it can be pretty wet where I live, so a synthetic quilt just makes sense.

Thanks for the awesome review, and keep up the great vids!

I have now ordered this underquilt with the Black Friday 10% off. I went with the 75" length and 20 F. It gets very cold in the U.P. of Michigan. All of the other features are the same as yours. I now have the Warbonnet Blackbird and a Dutch Half-Wit hammock with 2 Edge Tarps. I will be ordering another Warbonnet Blackbird in the spring for when I backpack with my wife. The Half-Wit is for ultralight backpacking. Thanks for all of your help! Bob

I watched your video again and my winter trip video. I did clip it higher up on the ridgeline. The half-Wit is made a little different that the Warbonnet. I will give it a test try in my basement like you did in the video. In my trip video that was the first time setting up the EE underquilt. My homemade one in the previous video worked somewhat the same. That one was only good down to about 35 F and weighed almost 2 lbs. The UQ protector looks like a good inexpensive try. Good Luck on your upcoming trip! Bob

I just got mine last week. It took a little over eight weeks, but it was worth the wait. I got mine with pretty much the same specs except mine is red on the inside and blue on the outside. I look forward to trying it out soon. Your video sold me on their underquilt and I'm very pleased with the quality so far. Thanks for sharing the review.

Is there a specific reason that you didnt go with the wookie underquilt? It seems that because the wookie was designed specifically for Warbonnet, it would fit better to that hammock specifically. Did you have concerns surrounding product quality with the Wookie that caused you to get this under quilt?

Just FYI, the website says the 30° is 15.79oz now with 850DT at 75".
